Common tour
Day 1, Negombo-Galle-Mirissa,
Start in the morning from Negombo through Colombo city reach Kosgoda and see the turtle conservation project and then through Ambalangoda city where the traditional masks being made and through Hikkaduwa proceeds to Galle. Visit Galle Dutch fort and then seeing the stilt fisherman in Weligama and drive to Mirissa.
Overnight stay in Mirissa.
Day 2, Mirissa-Tissamaharama.
In the morning spend some time on the beach and leave Mirissa and through Matara stop at Devinuwara temple and then go and see the blow hole and reach Tangalle and along the coast reach Tissamaharama.
Overnight stay in Tissamaharama.
Day 3, Tissamaharama-Yala-Ella,
Start 5.30 am and leave by jeep to visit Yala national park. Do the morning safari and back to hotel to have breakfast and by noon leave the hotel through Wellawaya reach the Rawana waterfalls and proceeds to Ella.
Overnight stay in Ella.
Day 4, Ella-Nuwaraeliya.
Start at 9:00 am , see the magnificent view of Ella valley and through Bandarawela city come to Hakkgala and visit Hakkgala botanical gardens and then visit Seetha Amman temple in Seethaeliya and reach Nuwaraeliya.
Overnight stay in Nuwaraeliya.
Day 5, Nuwaraeliya-Adam’s peak.
Start 10.00 am Visit Nuwaraeliya city (so called little England, English planters city), colonial hotels, Race course, Victoria park, Golf links, the post office building and do some walking around the city and leave
Nuwaraeliya and reach the two waterfalls. See the St.Clair and Devon waterfalls and through tea plantations reach Adam’s peak.
Overnight stay in Dalhousie.
Day 6, Adam’s peak-Kandy.
Start 3.00 am climb Adam’s peak and reach the summit before sunrise and see the sunrise and start coming down and on the way back see the stunning view of the surrounding area. Back to the hotel and have breakfast and leave Dalhousie through Nawalapitiya to Kandy. In the evening 5:30 pm the Kandyan dance show and the temple of the tooth at 7:15 pm the ceremony time.

Day 7, Kandy-Elephant orphanage.
Start after breakfast in the morning from hotel visit Botanical garden (best garden in Asia) and to the elephant orphanage, see the feeding of baby elephants at 1.15pm and see them in the river at 2.00pm and leave the orphanage and in Pilimatalawe visit a tea factory and reach Kandy. Visit Kandy city in the evening.

Start in the morning after breakfast through Matale reach Dambulla. Visit Dambulla cave temples (Built by king Walagamba in the 1st century B.C with 22000 square feet’s of ceiling paintings) and then through Habarana to Polonnaruwa visit Polonnaruwa ancient city (10th-12th century A.D), The modern meuseum,parakrama Samudra (Gigantic reservoir made by king Parakrama the great), Statue of king Parakrama, Library shrine, Palace of king Parakramabahu, The council chamber, The kumara Pokuna (pond used by royal family with the water flowing system), Shiva temple, Thuparama shrine room and the glittering statues, Atadage,Hetadage, Vatadage, Stone book, Rankoth Vehera, Alahana monastery complex, Gal Vihare (Master piece of stone carving), Thivanka image house, Lotus pond and proceed to Habarana to have a Ayurveda massage or elephant safari in the jungle, as you like. Evening reach to Sigiriya.

Day 9, Sigiriya-Anuradhapura.
In the morning 8.00am start driving towards Anuradhapura and start the city tour of ancient city (3rd century B.C to 10th century A.D). Visit Sri maha bodhi ( The oldest tree in the world with a written history and it is a sapling from the original tree which the Buddha attained enlighten under it), The brazen palace, Ruwanveli seya dagoba (The biggest dagoba in Sri Lanka), Thuparama dagoba (oldest dagoba built in the 3rd century B.C,the right color borne of Buddha is deposited), Lankarama dagoba, Elephant pond, Abhayagiriya monastery complex, World famous Samadhi Buddha statue, Twin ponds, The finest stone carving and the meaning of the Moonstone, The guard stone , Jethavanarama dagoba and museum and Isurumuniya temple (Stone carving of the Sri Lankan Romeo & Juliet). After visiting the city stop for lunch in Anuradhapura and proceed to Mihintale.Visit Mihintale monastery complex built in the 3rd century B.C, (The place where Buddhism was established for the first time in sri lanka ), Ruins of an Ancient hospital, Refectory hall, Lion pond, Cobra pond, Ambastale, and Mihindu cave and then proceed to Aukana to see the highest Buddha statue in Sri Lanka, in one piece of granite 13 meters in height built in the 5th century A.D. This statue was built by King Datusena while he was building the gigantic reservoir called Kala wewa. After visiting Aukana then proceed to Sigiriya.

Day 10, Sigiriya-Nilaveli.
Leave hotel after breakfast and Climb Sigiriya rock fortress built in the 5th century A.D by king Kasyapa who was a patricide(Sigiriya Claimed as the 8th wonder in the world), see the water garden, bolder garden, world famous Paintings, Mirror wall, Lion's paws, The swimming pool on top and through Kantale to Nilaveli for beach stay.
