Day 1, Negombo-Adam’s Peak
Start at 8.30 am from Negombo to Elephant orphanage. On the way to orphanage drive through coconut plantations, Roofing tile factories, Rubber plantations and paddy fields reach the elephant orphanage to see them in the river. At 1.15pm see the feeding of baby elephants and leave the orphanage. The drive towards Adam’s peak is passing Kadugannawe pass to Gampola and then to Ginigathena and proceed to Dalhousie. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.
Start Climbing at 3:00 am and reaches the summit, see the sunrise and on the way descending watch magnificent views and through tea plantations reach hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast passing reservoirs, tea plantations and two waterfalls Devon waterfall, and St.Clair waterfall reach Nuwaraeliya. Overnight stay in Nuwaraeliya
Day 3, Nuwaraeliya-Kandy
Start at 9.00am and visit Nuwaraeliya city. (so called little England, English planters city), colonial hotels, Race course, Golf links, The post office building, do some walking around the city and start the drive towards Kandy and on the way Stop at a tea factory to see the tea process and taste a factory fresh cup of tea . Then stop to make pictures of the tea plantations and ladies picking leaves and reach Ramboda and see a waterfall from a distance. Then driving through the Ramboda pass and reach Kandy.
Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 4, Kandy city
Start 9:30 am
Visit the Kandy view point to see the whole city from the top of the hill and then The royal Botanical garden in Peradeniya (best garden in Asia), Kandy city and in the evening at 5:30 pm the Kandyan dance show and the temple of the tooth at 7:15 pm the ceremony time (This is the time of evening offering).

Day 5, Kandy-Sigiriya
Start 9:00 am
After breakfast proceed to Matale, Visit Aluvihare cave temple (Where Buddhism brought into book form in the 1st century B.C) and leave Matale and proceed to Dambulla cave temples (Built by king Walagamba in the 1st century B.C with 22000 square feet’s of ceiling paintings and many statues in a cave complex), Then proceed to Sigiriya. In the evening climb Sigiriya rock fortress built in the 5th century A.D by king Kasyapa who was a patricide(Sigiriya Claimed as the 8th wonder in the world), see the water garden, bolder garden, world famous Paintings, Mirror wall, Lion's paws, The swimming pool on top and back to hotel to have dine and wine .

Day 6, Polonnaruwa-Sigiriya
Start 8:30 am
After breakfast leave guest house to Visit Polonnaruwa ancient city (10th-12th century A.D), The modern meuseum,parakrama Samudra (Gigantic reservoir made by king Parakrama the great), Statue of king Parakrama, Library shrine, Palace of king Parakramabahu, The council chamber, The kumara Pokuna (pond used by royal family with the water flowing system), Shiva temple, Thuparama shrine room and the glittering statues, Atadage,Hetadage, Vatadage, Stone book, Rankoth Vehera, Alahana monastery complex, Gal Vihare (Master peace of stone carving), Thivanka image house, Lotus pond and proceed to Habarana to have a Ayurveda massage or elephant safari in the jungle or a wild life safari in the Minneriya National Park by jeep. Evening reach to Sigiriya.

Day 7, Sigiriya-Anuradhapura
In the morning 8.30am start driving towards Anuradhapura and proceed to Aukana to see the highest Buddha statue in Sri Lanka, in one piece of granite 13 meters in height built in the 5th century A.D. This statue was built by King Datusena while he was building the gigantic reservoir called Kala wewa. After visiting Aukana then proceed to Anuradhapura. Check in to the guest house and around 3.00pm start the city tour of ancient city (3rd century B.C to 10th century A.D). Visit Sri maha bodhi ( The oldest tree in the world with a written history and it is a sapling from the original tree which the Buddha attained enlightenment under it), The brazen palace, Ruwanveli seya dagoba (The biggest dagoba in Sri Lanka), Thuparama dagoba (oldest dagoba built in the 3rd century B.C,the right color borne of Buddha is deposited), Lankarama dagoba, Elephant pond, Abhayagiriya monastery complex, World famous Samadhi Buddha statue, Twin ponds, The finest stone carving and the meaning of the Moonstone, The guard stone , Jethavanarama dagoba and museum and Isurumuniya temple (Stone carving of the Sri Lankan Romeo & Juliet). After visiting the city back to guest house for dine and wine.

Day 8, Anuradhapura-Trincomalee
In the morning after breakfast at 8.30am Visit Mihintale monastery complex built in the 3rd century B.C, (The place where Buddhism was established for the first time in Sri Lanka), Ruins of an Ancient hospital, Refectory hall, Lion pond, Cobra pond, Ambastale, and Mihindu cave and then proceed to Trincomalee for beach stay.
